Simon Reynolds

Emma Wilks

Emma Wilks is a business development manager at Patient Plan Direct, covering the central regions of the UK, and is an industry expert in NHS to private conversions, having helped several practices make successful transitions in recent times.

Deborah Litherland-Smith

Deborah Litherland-Smith has been working at Bore Street Dental Practice since 1987 and became practice manager in 2007. The practice has thrived in its pursuit of excellence and patient satisfaction under her leadership.

Running a 10-surgery practice with over 40 members of staff, she was pivotal in the strategic decision to transition the practice to private dentistry.
